Clayton came to visit us for a while and Cade and Clayton have been best buddies... Here's some of the mischief they've been up to!

A Review of 2008

I just thought I'd share a few things that happened with us in 2008. So here goes...

Taking after his papa... Cade learned to scooch! And just in time for Valentine's day!

....My friend Racheal and I started a business selling baby slings and other baby products. We sell our products at local craft fairs and also online at http://www.slingsnthings.etsy.com/

Then... in the summer Cade and I went with Geeda and Papa to see Liza and Tiffany and all the boys. It was fun... and nice to see Cade get to know his cousins alittle better.... Especially Levi.

We also saw Britta for the last time before she left for the Mission Field.

Ventura California better watch out!

Then it was Cade's big day! He turned 1!!! We had cake for him on his birthday (sept. 10)... and then had a joint birthday party with Lexi the weekend after. He had tons of fun both days!

After turning one Cade decided that he was a big boy!

He knew he was cute and had no trouble making sure everyone else knew it too! He loved struttin' his stuff on Halloween... dressed as a T-Bird.

I'm not sure if you've noticed... but someone seems to be missing. Chris was working like crazy this year. There were some weeks that we barely saw him at all. It was hard on all of us. Especially Chris... So he deserved something special...

We brought it over to the Giffords and had tons of fun.. and laughs!

Santa came and visited a few weeks later...

Cade was really sick on Christmas so he wasn't interested in much. But he did like to snuggle in his new John Deere wagon!

New Year... New Goals...

The new year means new goals... creating and managing this blog is one of my new goals. It's going to take some time for me to get the hang of it... and alot of bugging Kelly to help me fix what I screw up. But thankfully she's a wonderful friend and loves me for my ignorance! It's my goal to keep everyone updated on what is happening in our family and to keep current pictures on here so everyone can watch Cade grow! I hope everyone is having a good start to the new year and doing better at your goals than I am!
